Having your piano serviced initially is just the beginning of our service to you.- You will receive reminders periodically by email, frequency dependent upon your piano's requirements, which will bring your attention to the condition of your instrument.
- If you prefer, we will phone you to periodically to schedule your piano's service, again dependent upon your piano's requirements.
- We offer a piano service contract, where you purchase the number of annual visits your instrument requires and we phone you at the prescribed interval to schedule the appointment. This option will save you a minimum of 12%, try getting that kind of interest at the bank! It also protects you against any raise in rates for the term of the contract, which could ultimately save you over 20%! A contract is only for the basic tuning service which you know you will need.
